At Network Day Service Center, Inc., we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, fulfilling life, build lasting relationships, and be an active part of their community.
Located in Rome, Georgia, Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through individualized programs, meaningful activities, employment opportunities, and community engagement, we help the individuals we serve discover their strengths, develop greater independence, and achieve their personal goals.
Our services include Supported Employment, Community Access, Community Living Support, Day Habilitation, Transportation, and Nursing Oversight. Each program is designed to promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create opportunities for individuals to participate fully in their communities.
But Network is so much more than a place to receive services. It is a place where friendships are formed, accomplishments are celebrated, and every individual is valued for who they are and the unique abilities they bring to the world.

Our Story
A Legacy of Opportunity, Inclusion, and Community
For more than seven decades, Network Day Service Center has been a part of the Rome and Floyd County community, making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
Originally known as the Cerebral Palsy Center, our organization was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: individuals with disabilities deserve opportunities, support, and a place where they truly belong.
Over the years, as the needs of the individuals and families we serve have evolved, so have we. What began as an organization focused on serving individuals with cerebral palsy has grown into a comprehensive day service center supporting adults with a wide range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
While our name, programs, and facilities have changed, our commitment to the individuals we serve has remained at the heart of everything we do.
Today, Network provides opportunities that extend far beyond the walls of our center. Whether individuals are developing job skills, participating in community activities, building friendships, exploring new interests, or celebrating personal achievements, we believe every experience is an opportunity for growth.
Throughout our history, dedicated staff, families, volunteers, local businesses, and community supporters have helped shape Network into the organization it is today.
